Good Customer Service from "Catch USA LLC"

I recently purchased cross bars for my Kia Sportage Hybrid. This is a very hard to fit car and 2 times I have ordered and been sent something that was supposed to fit and did not. The first time was from a different seller not on Ebay. The second time was from Catch USA LLC on E Bay. It did not fit either but the seller was the most thoughtful thorough and considerate company I have ever encountered. They went the extra mile in trying to find bars that fit and when they could not resolve my problem they promptly returned my money . Thank you Catch USA

Since the Ebay seller that sent you an item that didn't fit was able to go "the extra mile in trying to find bars that fit and when they could not resolve my problem they promptly returned my money" you can contact them and ask them to send you a Feedback Revision request .
