About Us

The Fantastic Fungi Fanatics club creates a platform for people to share their passion for fungi. Fungi are often overlooked in our surroundings but play an essential role in our everyday lives and in all ecosystems. Our club activities may include but are not limited to: o Mushroom hunting field trips o Experimental exploration -Mushroom identification -Mushroom cultivation -Cooking with mushrooms -Discussions on research and studies -Others (slime molds, fermentation, etc.) o Movie nights o Shroom art (spore prints, etc.) Our goal is to create a fun and stimulating environment to dig in to the field of mycology. We want to spread our zest for mushrooms with the Cornell and Ithaca communities!
