Even in the simplest of wines unforgettable moments are preserved. Valpolicella Tommasi represents joy and carefreeness, crunchy like the first cherries from the orchard behind the house. We added a caress of wood refinement, for a touch of elegance. Let yourself go and enjoy it now lightly.

  • Characteristics : Intense ruby red with beautiful transparency. On the nose it is fragrant and fruity, with the typical aromas of crunchy cherries and red fruits. On the palate it is fresh and balanced and elegantly recalls the pleasant fruity notes, offering a slim and pleasantly persistent sip.
  • Vinification and refinement : Fermentation at controlled temperature 25/30° for 12 days. Aging in steel for 6 months. In some years, a short rest in large Slavonian oak barrels.
  • Pairings : Elegance and lightness make it versatile for daily consumption, particularly with first courses, white meat preparations, fresh and medium-aged cheeses. To try with elaborate and rich pizzas.

Tommasi estate

Tommasi Viticoltori represents the birth of our wine history and today, the headquarters of Tommasi Family Estates. The winery was founded in 1902 by Giacomo Tommasi and is now managed by his 9 fourth generation great-grandchildren, each playing key roles in the management of the company. Tommasi's modern expansion was born from the success of our Amarone Classico launched in 1959. Today, the Tommasi family produces wines on 242 hectares of vineyards in the most prestigious and historic denominations in the province of Verona.
