Needed my generator batteries jumped that run my sleeper components. They came out was quick getting to the truck stop. I had already removed the cover for the batteries should of been a simple jump he hooked the negative cable up but wouldnt hook the positive up, proceeded to tell me I had another problem and this would be a service call not just the 100.00 charge for the jump. I asked him to just hook the positive cable and let's give it a try. Still didn't want to. So I told him he's done nothing for me as far as I was concerned. He said that's fine even told . not to contact his service again, really? Another company Southern Tire Mart changing a tire at the truck stop went over and asked if they would give me a jump for my generator. They were glad to and guess what the generator fired right up after about 5 minutes charging. Don't know what to think but he was getting ready to charge me a 100.00 for nothing if he would of just hooked the cables up like I asked he would had his 100.00 and my generator would of been running and this negative review would of been a positive one. Hope the owner sees this this

I would just like to tell these folks how greatly we appreciate their service and the promptness.. When we ran out of fuel on I40 westbound, right around mm 129, we called several places but got all voicemails at first. then we recieved a call back within 15 minutes, from this guy.. He gave me a quote and. Said he was on his way... I forgot to mention it was coming a torrential downpour at this time and were under a tornado watch.. But he was quick to come to our rescue anyway.. And gave us a great deal to boot.. I fully recommend this place if they're available.. 1st class service across the board.. ⛽🔧👍

Jeff went above and beyond to help us get our truck going and took such great care of us. He was able to help us very quickly and we were able to get going on our trip! Recommend his company 100% We were stuck for a day in the middle of nowhere until I called BC industries and they saved the day!

December 27, 2021 - Monday - 10:15 am Today I asked Jeff Solomon, owner of BC Semi Truck, to move his oversized truck from impeding my parking spot for my client, who may I add is a senior citizen, so she (my client) has an easier access to my studio when she arrives for training. Jeff Solomon proceeded to give me the birdie finger as you see in the photo and did not move his truck. He was eager to make it to the Hookah Store next to my studio. This is the second time I have asked Jeff Solomon not to park his oversized truck in my space. He proceeded to tell me to go "F" off and few other degrading words. The parking area is a large parking lot and why Jeff Solomon insist on parking in this spot bewilders me, especially since it appears to be he is the owner or business person for him to have no regard for another business owner, speaks volumes about him and his integrity. I have never used BC Semi Services but I would never use a business which represent themselves the way Jeff Solomon did on this day. Extremely disrespectful to female and business owner who asked him not to park his truck in a reserved parking space.…. amazing. The picture and video shows everything.

My husband broke down at a rest area and we called him. He came out fast on a Saturday night to and we need a part that wasn’t available until that Monday. Monday came he went to a Freightliner and got all parts needed for fuel pump and dedicated a day and half to get my husband back up and running for $1700 and Freightliner would have charged at least $2500 for labor. My husband was upset at the situation but this company remained professional and polite. Great job Sir. Thank you

Great hometown service!

I have never met these people but I can’t say enough good about them. My husband and I live in Maine and he found himself stranded in a rest area off of I-40 in a truck that he was hired to drive back. This company arrived to help and little did everyone know the truck had so many issues that they would spend the next 3 days together. These people were kind, competent, and compassionate to my Husbands situation. At the end of the week it was clear that the truck needed a lot more work and my husband needed to fly back home due to prior commitments. At that point he was 2 hours away from any airport and they offered the unthinkable....they drove him to the airport to save him from trying to figure out an alternative plan! I can’t thank them enough for watching out for a stranded Mainer! They went far and above customer service...they are simply good human beings! Support them however you can!

These people are awesome, our camper frame was cracked from hitting a pot hole. They came from 25 miles away to help us. I cant say enough about how happy we are with there service.
