Sherrie Pfeffer was very knowledgeable of the local areas and market. She showed us a variety of communities and provided the pros and cons for each. As the market was very aggressive, she also provided us with options for new construction and resells. Once we contracted a unit, she followed up with the developer and builder till completion.
