FYI — If your yard is missed due to weather-related issues (snow, ice or extremely low temperatures), we will scoop your yard as close to your scheduled day as possible. This also means we might come earlier in the week, if possible, if we know bad weather is in the forecast.
We always make every effort to avoid missing your visit as it creates double the amount of waste that will need to be cleaned on the next visit. For this reason, we hope you understand that we cannot credit visits due to weather-related issues.
We appreciate your business more than you will know, so we hope you understand our concerns as well.
Our first priority is making sure yards are safe for pets and their owners, but there are times when living in Ohio makes that a bit more difficult than we like.
