Event Entry Due to the planning and effort to setup events in store, event entry is non refundable. Players will still recieve all entry prizing as advertised and will be able to pick up or choose to ship at customers expence. 

Return Policy You may return most new, unopened items sold bought in store for a full refund within 7 days

If you purchase online and want to return the item it may be subject to 10% restocking fee due to the charges for online orders and the staff picking.

Dragon World Inventory Error Refund If an item is not available due to incorrect inventory we will offer a full refund for the item in store credit or direct refund. In the instance the total refund expected is less than $5 before tax the refund will go onto your store credit account (on site) for future purchases. This avoids transactional penalties tied into the refund process. 

 

Dragon World Listed Condition Error Refund If an item is not in the condition advertised we will offer a partial refund for the item in store credit or direct refund based on the equivalent value of the current condition. If you do not want the card it must be returned to us for a full refund of the card(s). Shipping is non refundable.

Customer Error Refund If you have made an error on a purchase and would like to refund it you may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. This is applicable for only sealed items.

We will hold onto your orders for 6 months, after which they will be thrown out.

We will contact you via the methods you have provided and do our best attempt to get you your order.

If you fail to pick up, or have it shipped out after 6 months No Refund will be issued for the order and the products will be disposed of.
