This one’s good. It is definitely low salt. I added some crushed red pepper flakes and some granulated garlic and some Italian Seasoning for some zip. But I like foods w a lot of zip. My husband does not and he raves about this one.

Darn!
I liked the product except for one thing...it contains coconut sugar, as do several of the Lentiful products. Coconut contains saturated fat and coconut products are not allowed on a whole food plant based diet, so I am not able to eat them. Please consider replacing or removing the coconut sugar from all your products. Then I'd be giving a 5-star review.

The poor man's Leafside!
I am delighted with the Lentiful low sodium choices. I supplement the relatively low calories with 1/4 cup of dehydrated black beans and 1/4 cup of dried soup veggies. Looking forward to the new flavors on order!
