I invest time in your case before the allocated appointment to provide a comprehensive service, therefore we maintain a strict cancellation policy. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or 50% of the fee is payable. 

– Initial Consult bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50%.  Reception staff will call for payment within 1 business day of booking.
