The other day, as I was passing through Fort Myers, I stopped to have my truck PM’d. After the PM was done, my truck ran very bad so I took it back to where I had the service done. The mechanic that did the service couldn’t figure out what was wrong so I limped along north to Punta Gorda where I googled for a mobile mechanic and found Empire Truck Repair. The owner showed up the next morning and he worked to find out what the problem was. This guy is the most persistent mechanic I have ever seen. It took about 14 hours to fix but he never gave up and my truck runs better than before. Adrian is very professional and he does excellent work. ..... what!? I'm very happy with this company! Adrian is certainly top notch, both as a person and a mechanic. it's crazy out here as an owner operator when you begin to expect to just get screwed at every turn, (thanks mainly to Volvo dealerships who really really set the service standard dirt low), and then, when you're on the side of the road needing a drive shaft repair, you come across someone like Adrian. the guy was personable, professional, timely, HONEST (both in ETA's regarding arrival to me as well as repair time/ projected cost). Really seems to care about doing a good job, also gave me pointers on ways to watch out for any future signs of failing parts. Empire saves the day!!! So, it's MLK weekend and We pack the family and our 4 wheelers to enjoy the weekend at Peace River campground. We drive 3 hours, fully loaded with camping gear and a trailer full of 4 wheelers. We finally arrive only to discover that someone (my son) either lost the keys to one of the 4 wheelers or left them behind. Needless to say, i Remembered that Empire Truck Repair and Road Service was only a phone call away! Adrian immediately located a brand new ignition and told me that he would send his guy John right away! These guys are the Best! They truly saved my weekend!
