We have Hand roasting one by one from plished green beans by Yakushima water.One time App. 150g。
It takes more than 30 Min / 1 roasting.
It's better that you order before coming shop.,

The Chocolate are made of only Cacao beans & Beet sugar.
The workshop is Not including about Konching & Tempering.
So, the chocolate is as Cacao & Sugar taste and cranky.
Max 8 persons can join together. Children can take part of the workshop safety because perticipants don't use fire.
