Delivery Policy - Easy and Efficient Furniture Delivery by Eve Furniture

At Eve Furniture, we understand the importance of receiving your furniture in a timely and hassle-free manner. We offer different delivery options including FREE Threshold, In-Room Delivery, White Glove, and Curbside Delivery. We provide nationwide shipping, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO, and FPO.


Delivery Fees (In-State Orders)

Threshold Delivery: $69 (Applies to Texas areas like Houston, Austin, DFW, and San Antonio)
- Note: Most furniture requires minimal assembly and will be in factory packaging, so you'll need to assemble it yourself.
In-Room Delivery: $99 (Applies to Texas areas like Houston, Austin, DFW, and San Antonio)
- Note: This service includes delivering your furniture to a room of your choice within your home. Assembly is not included.
White Glove Delivery: $149 (Available in Houston, Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas)
- Note: We'll professionally unpack and assemble your furniture, placing it exactly where you want it.

OUT OF STATE DELIVERY 

We currently use third-party LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipping companies to provide curbside delivery services. Please note that, at this time, we are unable to offer in-room delivery or assembly options to our customers.

Curbside Delivery: $299

We’ll bring your delivery to the curb at the end of your driveway. It's important to note that this service is limited to delivery only and does not include the removal of packaging, assembly, or setup of your items. As the items will be delivered in their factory packaging, some merchandise may necessitate assembly. Therefore, you will need to unbox the merchandise, transport it to your chosen room, carry out the assembly, and dispose of all packaging materials accordingly.

If the buyer chooses to refuse or return the shipment, it's important to be aware that a 30% restocking fee will apply, in addition to covering the two-way freight costs. Similarly, in the event of a refusal of shipment or failure to meet the specified delivery requirements, any charges related to attempted delivery, detention, and/or storage will be the sole responsibility of the consignee.

Delivery Timeframe

For in-stock items, you can expect your furniture to be delivered within 2 to 3 business days from the date of purchase if you're in Houston. If you're in Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, Killeen, or the surrounding areas, items will be delivered in 5 to 7 business days. For all out of state orders, you can expect your delivery in 1 to 4 weeks.

Scheduling a Delivery

Our dedicated delivery team will reach out to you to schedule a convenient delivery day and time. While we'll do our best to accommodate your preferred date, we cannot guarantee a precise time or day.

Signature and ID Required

For all orders, a signature from someone 18 years or older will be required upon delivery for security purposes.

Damages

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, in the rare event of furniture arriving damaged, please contact us by calling 281-800-9057 within 24 hours of delivery. We'll work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction. After 24 hours of delivery, no claims will be allowed. Therefore, please inspect the merchandise for any damages or missing parts as soon as you receive your product(s).

Return/Refund Policy

Return & Refund Policy

Once you order something from Eve Furniture, we'll email or call you to confirm your order and payment details. If we don't hear from you within 48 hours, we'll automatically process your payment.

Once your order is shipped, you can't cancel it.

To cancel and get a full refund, you must email us at info@evefurn.com within 48 hours of your order. If you cancel after this time, there's a 3% fee (with some exceptions). It may take up to 72 hours to process your cancellation.

Refunds: After you order, we'll email you to confirm and collect your payment.

If you cancel after 48 hours, there's a non-negotiable 3% fee.


Returns - Once a customer completes a purchase, it is considered final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason, including customer errors, measurement errors, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the color, style, or texture of the product.

Please note that due to our low prices, we have exceptions: If the product is with us, in transit, or ready for delivery, you'll get only 70% back to cover processing and handling. The delivery fee won't be refunded if it's scheduled. If it's not ready for delivery, you'll get 97% or 100% back.

Merchant's Delay: Estimated Times of Arrival (ETAs) can change. If you want to cancel due to delays, you'll get a full refund with a 3% fee (if paid) unless the item is in transit, then it's a 30% fee.

Sometimes, we may make exceptions to our "No Returns Allowed" policy. It's up to us. If we cancel an order you already paid for, there's a 30% restocking fee and a return fee.

Refunds will go back to your original payment method.

You won't get a full refund if:

- You get the wrong item because you didn't check your order.
- The furniture doesn't fit due to wrong measurements.
- You don't like the color or quality.

If we refund you, you have to return the merchandise, or we'll take legal action, and you'll cover the costs.

We won't consider return or cancellation requests unless we approve them through email.

We follow Texas laws, and if any part of this policy is invalid, the rest still applies.
