Option 1 – Total Excavation

10 year warranty against seepage through the walls in all contracted areas.

Option 2 – Interior System

Lifetime transferable warranty with annual service agreement, which covers against seepage through the floor in all contracted areas.  The pressure relief sump pump is covered for the life of the foundation under the annual service agreement.

Option 3 – Multi-Step System

Lifetime transferable service agreement covers against seepage from the walls and the floor in all contracted areas. The pressure relief sump pump is covered for the life of the foundation under the service agreement. There is no fee to transfer the service agreement over to a new homeowner.
