• • General Returns: Returns are accepted within thirty (30) days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. A refund will be issued minus shipping costs and restocking fees.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, email us immediately at info@everestmobility.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We handle these cases individually to ensure satisfactory resolution.

    • For truck shipments, damaged items must be marked “DAMAGED” on the bill of lading.
    • For small package shipments, indicate damage on the courier manifest.
    • Report damage within seven (7) days of receipt for an RMA issuance. Everest Mobility will arrange inspection and pickup of shipping damage. Credits are issued based on courier findings.

  • Return Conditions:

    • Include all original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, packing materials, etc.).
    • The original, undamaged UPC barcode is required.
    • Do not remove the UPC or the Seal until fully satisfied with the product.
    • Include all accessories and manufacturer documentation.

  • Non-Compliant Returns: Products not meeting these criteria will be rejected, returned at your expense, and the RMA nullified. No credits will be issued, and all shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • Used Items: Used items cannot be returned and are subject to their respective warranties.

  • Warranty Claims: For items under warranty, Everest Mobility reserves the right to send replacement parts. A complete serial number or order number is required.

  • Errors and Unused Items: Items returned due to Everest Mobility error must be shipped within seven (7) days with an RMA.

  • Product Warranty:

    • All new products come with a limited warranty, details of which vary per product.
    • The warranty does not cover labor, misuse or negligence, and excludes non-durable components.

  • Responsibility for Returned Items: Everest Mobility is not responsible for any damage or loss of returned items. Items not covered under warranty will be notified to the customer, who must authorize the return within fourteen (14) days, or the item will be discarded.
