I have to ask professional society for best merc inf base. What do you reccomend?

Yes. But in this discussion you need to consider the weapon base along with the other merc gear, as it is the overall ias breakpoints/range you are looking to maximise.

Why would you care which base to use? Merc doesn't do any killing in 2.5 patch, once you have a sunder charm.
