Un café macchiato tiède car le lait n'a pas été chauffé. Pas de toilettes et pas moyen de se laver les mains alors que nous prenions des gâteaux à manger sur place. Pas sérieux.

I'm sorry to have to give such a low rating but, I feel obliged, as we have been coming to this bar/pastry shop since it opened, being from Rome and having a home in Umbria near Norcia, the food is very good as are the cappuccinos and the courteous staff, but I must add that this time we took some small fried donuts with sugar and we were charged €1.50 each, exactly the same as a double-sized croissant, for a total of 6 donuts worth €9, despite not much before we had had breakfast with two croissants, a coffee and a cappuccino paid €5 so a fair price for a breakfast. While for donuts and not donuts it seems a bit too absurd and expensive to me as the price displayed is €1.50 without specifying the piece and therefore leading people to believe that it is the pound!!! Like all biscuits or miniature biscuits... Obviously we paid for them but we really felt cheated and "cheated" not even 3 ounces of product €9... Response to owner: I don't have to ask for prices, it's you who should display them by law and also clearly whether they are per hectogram/kg or per piece! We know very well that the materials used to make products are expensive but the selling price seems very exaggerated compared to the price of the raw materials used to make fried donuts with sugar! Furthermore, what you wrote about whether your products are good or not, if you read my review, no one has questioned this aspect, in fact I wrote something completely different about the quality of the products (good), as far as the issue of good or bad is concerned. of savings I'm sorry to have to tell you that this aspect has nothing to do with it because the products can also be very good but if they are overpaid compared to their real value for me they are fine where they are and I change places instead of being made fun of because the money we earn them by working too and we know their value.
