Orders/Quotes

How to view recently purchased products and order history?
You can view all your recently purchased items in your Account Dashboard. When logged into your account, click on "Account" at the top of your screen. On the right side of the screen, click on the "Previously Purchased Products" tab to see items you've previously bought. You can also click on the “Order History" tab in the middle of the Account Dashboard screen to see your previous orders, or on “Previous Orders” in the website menu. From either of these pages, you can re-add items to your cart that you'd like to purchase again.
How to view open orders?
Once you have logged into your account, click on the menu button at the top right of your screen, then click “Previous Orders”. This will bring you to your full order history page. From here, you can view your order numbers, shipment status, payment status, and more. Click the drop-down arrow on the right side of any order for more details on a specific order.
Where can I find a copy of my order invoice?
All order confirmation emails include a link to download a PDF invoice in the footer. If there are any difficulties, please contact us with your order number and we can provide you with a copy.
Can I make changes or add products to my order?
If any changes are needed to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We fulfill orders quickly and can only guarantee the ability to make changes for 1 hour after an order is placed.
Where and how do I order replacement parts?
Our team is more than happy to assist you with ordering the replacement parts you require. Please contact us at orders@futureglass.us providing the name on your order, PO number, and the parts you require. We can then assist you further with ordering the parts you need.

How long are quotes valid for?
All quotes are valid for 30 days based on the date in the header of the quote.

Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, FG aims to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. For orders placed before 12PM PST we will do our best to have shipped on the same day. Standard ground transit time is typically 3 -5 business days and LTL is typically 7-10 business days.
What are my shipping options?
We ship most orders FedEx if size and weight permit. Any overweight or size restricted orders will ship LTL.
What are my shipping costs?
When placing online orders, you will have access to view the estimated FedEx or LTL shipping charges. All shipment costs are prepaid, we do not offer freight collect at this time. Please contact your account manager with any questions.
Can I pick up my item at will call?
Yes, will call pickup is available at our Oceanside CA headquarters.
What if my shipment is delayed or lost in transit?
If your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will reship your order as quickly as possible. FG will handle any claims with carriers. FG cannot guarantee delivery times from 3rd party shipping carriers. When placing orders and selecting a shipping option, estimated delivery times will be displayed and FG will release your order within 24 hours. Once in the possession of the carrier, we are not responsible or able to reimburse for arrival later than the delivery date estimate.
What happens if my order is damaged in transit?
Because FG ships thousands of glass panels and hardware items across the nation, our packaging is specifically designed for safe shipment. We cannot guarantee the way in which carriers handle our goods once they are shipped. If your items are damaged in transit, you will need to email FG with the details along with images of the damaged item(s)/packaging. FG will resend out a new item at no expense.
What happens if I receive incorrect items or am missing items?
Please check that you have received your complete order upon delivery. Please report any missing or incorrect items within 5 business days of receiving your order to orders@futureglass.us. FG will resend any missing items immediately and provide tracking once items have shipped.

Payment Terms

What are the available payment options?
You can pay for your orders by wire transfer (ACH), credit card, or request a credit line.
Are there any credit card processing fees?
No, we do not charge any credit card processing fees.
How do I make a payment for net orders online?
Follow the link in the order confirmation email to process credit card payment online. Reminder emails will be sent on the due date for any net payments and include a payment link.
Taxes
FG will charge taxes unless a tax-exempt form is provided.

Returns

What is the Future Glass return policy?
We have a no-fault return policy which includes no handling charges for returns of undamaged merchandise (must be stock items only) within 60 days of delivery. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returned items. If merchandise has been opened and used, the product will be returned to the Customer.

Products

Do your products carry a warranty?
Yes, Future Glass offers a 5-year warranty on hardware (excluding seals) and glass panel products. Full warranty details can be found at https://futureglass.us/pages/warranty
Do any of your models have protective glass coating?
Yes, all FG panels are coated with EnduroShield® to make cleaning easier and less frequent.
I ordered a panel that does not fit, can I cut it?
No, all FG glass is tempered and cannot be cut as it will shatter.
Do you make custom glass?
Since our in-stock panel range is quite extensive, FG does not currently produce custom panels.

How do I register for a Future Glass account?
Complete and submit an account application on the FG website. The form can be found following the “Login/Register” button on the top right corner of the site, or by clicking the “Register” button on the home page banner. Once submitted an FG team member will email an account activation or reach out to you by email/phone to confirm application details.
