Our highly experienced leadership team brings together knowledge and expertise from diverse sectors.
We set strategic direction for our investment companies and ensure we make the right investments. We take a global view in assessing and acquiring the right companies and talent. We analyse the performance of our operating businesses and serve as both a ‘proactive investor’ and a supportive and motivating sounding board.
Patrick has been Grenadier Holdings principal shareholder since 1998. He is currently the Executive Chairman. He previously held the position of Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) with Adare Group and held various positions with Clondalkin Group during the 1980s. Patrick is highly experienced in driving growth, with an emphasis on acquisitions and business transformation.
Sean was appointed as CEO in January 2020. Prior to that he was Group COO. Before joining Grenadier Holdings, Sean spent 30 years working for Accenture, culminating in the position of Senior Managing Director. Sean is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants and a member of Engineers Ireland.

Laurent previously held the position of Financial Director at Quebecor Worldcolor in Europe; Duracell in France and Xerox Corporation in the US. Laurent trained with Deloitte and Touche, and obtained a master’s degree in finance from Paris IX Dauphine University.

Liam is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, having trained with KPMG Ireland. Liam is an experienced finance leader bringing extensive experience of financial management and capital markets in an international manufacturing environment. Prior to joining Grenadier Holdings, Liam held senior finance roles in Greencore Plc and more recently Ardagh Group where he was Group Finance Director of Operations.

John Rogers
John previously worked at Identiv, a NASDAQ-listed secure identification technology company. He has held CEO and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions in automotive and technology sectors. John has a degree in business and economics from Trinity College Dublin, an MBA from ESCP Paris and has completed strategy and leadership courses from IMD Lausanne.

Nelson has wide industrial experience, including a time as COO of Clondalkin Plc. He is also responsible for the creation and growth of the enormously successful public company Adare Plc, where he held the position of CEO.

Mike has held a number of executive positions at Exel Logistics, TNT, Cordant Group and most recently as President of Global Services at RR Donnelley. An economics graduate from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Mike also holds a post-graduate diploma in marketing and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management.

Lorraine was appointed Chief People Officer for Grenadier Holdings in January 2023. Prior to that Lorraine held the position of Chief HR Officer for our Paragon business. Before joining the Company, Lorraine spent 23 years at RR Donnelley where she held senior positions including Vice President of Human Resources with responsibilities across EMEA and APAC. Lorraine is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD).

Previously Laurent held the position of Operations Director in JDSU Group. He held senior positions in the high tech sector including at FAS and Valeo. Laurent obtained two master’s degrees – one in engineering and the other in purchasing – from the University of Bordeaux.
