Located in Junction City, Oregon, Hentze’s specialize in pitting cherries, cutting corn, snipping and cutting green beans, pressing apples for cider, and cracking walnuts and hazelnuts.

2023 Walnuts and hazelnuts continue to be available in the off-season. We can offer them whole, cracked, or shelled. $3/lb Whole | $3.75/lb cracked | $12.50/lb shelled.
