Arrived due to homeowner concerns of water in duct system. Unit is 2017 Goodman heat pump package system. Upon arrival found bathroom duct run full of water. Exact Cause of water could not be determined at this time. Performed full evaluation of the system and found system operating at manufacturer’s specifications at this time. Homeowner elected to sign up for maintenance plan as well as replace duct run. Will have office to order parts and schedule return repair.
