The Unicorn Restaurant and Pub

One thing I love to do whenever I travel is research if there are any unicorn or magic related things to do in the area. That’s how I stumbled upon The Unicorn Restaurant and Pub in Grafton, Ohio.

I must admit that when I first drove by, I missed it. It’s rather unassuming from the outside. I was expecting to see a giant glowing unicorn sign somewhere.

My GPS assured me I was in the right place, so I kept looking around and finally saw this marquee sign (which you can kinda see in the image above to the right).

As soon as I walked in, I realized that the glowing unicorn sign I was looking for was actually in the bar.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but I was happy with what I found. The restaurant had a very laid-back atmosphere with charming decor featuring the Unicorn Tapestries.

I later found out that this restaurant has been a 5 time winner for the Best in Lorain County. I’m not surprised – the service was excellent and the food was amazing. It’s definitely a hidden gem. I highly recommend coming here if you happen to find yourself in the area!
