E-mailed Michael with issue, he called next morning and I’m set to bring him my computer for diagnosis and repair. Excellent first impression. Address on Nextdoor needs correction…he’s now located at: 4440 S Slash Pine Ave., Homosassa, FL 34446, between Grover Cleveland and W Green Acres Update: Windows needed to be reinstalled which requires wiping the hard drive. I figured good, the operating system is on a separate drive and storage is on another. Only took 2 1/2 hours, gave him an extra $10 for promptness. Computer retrieved, took home and set up next morning…TOTALLY wiped everything…sent e-mail 8AM Saturday asking Michael to call me, 11AM waiting …hours listed on website: 10AM to 8PM - 7 days Not a happy camper at this point. Sunday 7:30PM still no call… Monday 7:30 no call…

My computer repair guy, who used to make house-calls, took a full time job with an IT company. GOOD NEWS for him - bad news for me. Does anyone know of a local computer service or a person who repairs computers who makes house-calls? Much thanks for your help.
