From 6pm, the atmosphere changes at KISSATEN, which becomes SAKABA. Through the light, the music and the menu, the atmosphere changes completely. It's here that the evening begins or ends in style, with a Japanese cocktail or an expert sake tasting. The menu was developed by our head barmaid Audrey Charpenat and MOF Christophe Davoine, a leading specialist in the art of Japanese spirits. Here, they introduce you to the iconic spirits of the land of the rising sun: sake, whisky, shochu, umeshu, yuzushu... From the best-known to the most surprising, cocktails and sakes are offered in classic or tasting formats, so that you can sample several specialties.
From glassware to know-how, SAKABA explores the whole world of Japanese cocktail bars. You'll witness the hard shake technique, the ice ball, the work with ice and taste a typically Japanese highball. SAKABA is a lively place to drink and see...
Tous les alcools proposés au bar sont également disponibles à la vente à emporter et classés de manière à ce que chacun trouve son bonheur. Ainsi, les sakés « découverte » s’adressent à celles et ceux qui s’aventurent pour la première fois dans l’univers du saké, avec des références classiques. Quant aux sakés « dégustation », ils séduiront les amateurs à la recherche de nouveautés. Enfin, les sakés « curiosité » attireront les connaisseurs qui souhaitent être surpris.
