[Jiufen Eats] SIIDCHA 吾穀茶糧

The first time I passed by this cafe was when I went to Jiufen with kuya Ronald and his friends but it was full so we ended up going to another place. This time around, we were lucky that they had an available table because it was a rainy day so there weren’t a lot of people there.

We were lucky to have a table but unlucky in the sense that it was foggy so we weren’t able to enjoy the supposedly nice view. Oh well, maybe next time!

I like the interiors of SIIDCHA, and especially their chandelier made up of tubes filled with seeds. It’s something that we don’t normally see as decor.

We had just eaten lunch so we only wanted coffee and maybe a light snack. We ended up sharing a waffle (yum!) among the 5 of us, and I also ordered a hot latte which tasted okay.

I should definitely go back there on a sunny/cloudy day so that I could enjoy the view of Jiufen over coffee.
