Our restaurant, which opened in January 2018, serves carefully-selected ingredients, mainly A5-rank Japanese black beef, directly stocked from the wholesale meat market in Shibaura. At the entrance, we have a showcase with our proud Japanese black beef. Enjoy our yakiniku (BBQ) meat grilled with binchotan charcoals on a portable clay grill, leaving the meat without extra fat. As the grill has an intake port in the upper part, it brings out more aroma of charcoal and adds a deeper flavor to meat. Gorgeously enjoy our high-quality meat and comfortable services in a resort hotel-like space finished mainly in white. As we offer an abundance of wine carefully-selected by our sommelier, fully enjoy an exquisite marriage of meat and wine.
