The license listed is his business license - he is unlicensed according to the Nevada Contractors Board. He has scammed multiple people out of prepaid equipment. Check reviews. Beware! It appears that at one time he had a thriving business. He was recommended to me. Andy has taken a huge downturn, as I’ve had contact with multiple people that have had problems with him in the last couple years.
