- Recovered 0lbs from a/c system, removed high side a/c hose from compressor to evaporator core. after replacing hose perform a service pass leak down test. high side is at 130 psi low side is at 35 psi working as design vent temperature is at 50 degrees.

2007 Honda Accord
Mileage197,755Service Date3/22/2024Services Performed- added 2 gallons of coolant and with coolant pressure tester added 15psi found radiator to be leaking at the bottom . found radiator to be cracked and casing coolant leak. also recommended to replace hoses and thermostat .
- Drain cooling system, removed both radiator hoses, both cooling fans. Removed and replaced radiator, thermostat with new thermostat gasket. re-installed all removed parts with new radiator hoses. Added 1 gallon of coolant, pressure test cooling system after repairs found no leaks after repairs.

- Drain cooling system removed front right tire, removed serpentine belt, belt tensioner, crankshaft pulley, timing covers, removed and replaced timing belt, tensioner, timing belt pulley, water pump, and idler. Re-installed all removed parts in reverse order with new serpentine belt and front engine mount. test drove vehicle after repairs working as design. Has VSA light on and air bag light on customer has been advise of warning lights
- Removed intake manifold, all 6 ignition coils, all 6 spark plugs, removed and replaced valve cover gasket and spark plug tube seals, installed new spark plugs, and intake manifold gaskets.
- Drain engine oil removed and replaced engine oil filter, added 5 qts of engine oil full syn 5w20. added a new lube sticker reset oil life. Air tires to 32 psi front 30 psi rear
- Removed driver side rear door panel, Removed and replaced driver rear window regulator and door lock actuator. Re-installed door panel
- Removed door panels on driver side found missing bolt for window regulator, installed new bolt. check power out of master switch to other window regulators found no power, removed and replaced master switch. after replacing master switch all windows work as design. re-installed drive front door panel. Removed passenger side door panels on front and rear, removed and replaced door lock actuators on both front and rear doors on passenger side. re-installed doors panels all door actuators work as design

Mileage141,905Service Date1/23/2024Services Performed- Perform a programming and relearn to PCM/TCM to customer request. Found no communication with ECM K20 module or transmission. Advise customer to diagnose cause of no communication with modules
- Programmed all modules to newest calibration
- Check CAN lines from transmission to ECM found no communication. Check wiring, fuses found no faults at ECM, Check wake up line from body control module found working as design. removed connector at transmission TCM connector found 3 pins to be bend and connector pushed back. straighten pins pushed connector forward re installed connector was able to communicate with all module. perform re-calibration on ECM and TCM. Accepted programming. Vehicle turns on now doesn't move forwards or backwards check fluids on vehicle found coolant level low and transmission fluid level not showing on dipstick. Advise customer about low fluids customer decline to fill fluids up. Technician added 4 QTS of oe recommend transmission fluid to move vehicle to a parking location

2015 Dodge Grand Caravan
Mileage124,286Service Date1/15/2024Services Performed- P0204 – Injector Circuit/Open – Cylinder 4 and P0304 – Cylinder 4 Misfire Detected. Performed a road test while monitoring live scan tool data and observed misfire counts increased on cylinder #4. Inspected the fuel injector #4 wiring harness and connector and detected no obvious faults. With the ignition on and the engine off, used a multi-meter to check for the presence of voltage and ground at the fuel injector #4 connector and found both were present. Using the multi-meter, checked for continuity of the fuel injector #4 and found continuity was not present, indicating the fuel injector #4 is faulty.
- removed air box cleaner and upper intake manifold assembly to access fuel injector rail . removed fuel rail to access cylinder #4 injector . removed cylinder #4 injector and replaced with new one .installed new o rings on all other 5 injectors . reinstalled upper intake manifold with new gaskets . after repairs test drove and misfire went away runs and drive good .
