THE FABRIC MERCHANT'S SON (2017, senior thesis book)
Thesis for Pratt Institute
A boy, Purl, and his mother, the fabric merchant, are traveling through the mountains to visit family. On the way, Purl is tasked with making warm clothing for himself. He remembers his sister at home loves to "borrow" his clothing, so he tailors this garment to suit both of them.
The goal of this book was to create a world where gender expectations are more open and fluid. The full book is 36 pages, with some shown here.
