Kathy made buying from out-of-state as easy as possible; she's incredibly knowledgeable about middle Tennessee, responsive (she even returned our calls while she was on vacation!) and just great to work with-the best.

Kathy is the absolute best real estate agent around! When my husband and I purchased a house, she guided us every step of the way and made the process seem easy. I know that, behind the scenes, she worked tirelessly to make sure every "i" was dotted and every "t" was crossed. If you want an agent who is kind, honest, thorough, and gets the job done, then Kathy Dunn is the agent for you!

Kathy Dunn was the best choice for my family when we lost our mother and went through the steps of grieving and taking care of our Mother's assets. One asset was her home that she was so proud of. It was emotional for us but necessary. Kathy walked us through the process, answered our calls when we had questions and her house was sold with no issues. If we did need to make cosmetic steps to enhance the sale she not only made suggestions but helped us find those who could assist us to get these enhancements made quickly while making sure it was done with care for the new buyers. I would choose Kathy Dunn again to represent us.

Meet Kathy

Highlands

Hello! I’m Kathy, thanks for stopping by my website.
I believe in treating folks like I want to be treated which means giving exceptional customer service and personal attention to each and every client that I assist in buying and selling real estate in the Upper Cumberland Region.

Being born and raised in Cookeville, I am deeply involved in my community, I serve as a chamber ambassador for the Cookeville Area-Putnam County Chamber of Commerce, Rotary and Leadership Putnam alumni. I like to refer to myself as a community cheer leader, I love showing off our area.

I tell folks who are looking to relocate to this area, “If you are looking for a big urban area and all those trappings then the Upper Cumberland may not be for you. However, if you are looking to hike, bike, chase waterfalls, boat and enjoy all the nature has to offer, then you will feel right at home here!”

My husband Tim and I are the parents of two sons, Tyler and Tanner, and a daughter in-law, Anna and a shih tzu named Ollie. Tim owns and operates Dunn’s Car Care & Tire Center along with his two brothers. Tanner is an ICU nurse at Vanderbilt in Nashville. Tyler and Anna own and operate Soul Craft coffee here in Cookeville and Anna is also a local REALTOR.

Tim and I enjoy spending time with our dog, Ollie, along with family and friends. You also might find us out boating on Center Hill Lake, camping or riding around enjoying the beautiful outdoors.
