PAYMENT

100% of payment needs to be made when booking reservation.

***** If you do not want to pay upfront, you're welcome to walk-in for our daily menu. However, since our cafe comes in a self serve basis, you will have to wait in line, and sit at any opening and NOT RESERVED table. Please click HERE for more info 

CANCELLATION

Any reschedules or cancellations must be done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled event to avoid a $25 charged per person. 

CHILDREN

No charge for infants under 3 yrs old. 
Children 3-5 yrs old get 50% off 
Children 5-10 yrs old get 30% off

Children over 10 yrs old will be charged same price as an adult. 

SEATING TIME

Your seating begins at your schedule time, regardless of late arrivals, and lasts 120 minutes. Once time has passed, we will have to start cleaning up for the next group.  

DECORATIONS

You may bring your own table decorations and centerpieces. However, we do not allow decoration on the walls; candles (except for cake), firecrackers, flying balloons, or any type of confetti in our café (including confetti sprinkles confetti filled balloons, and table confetti). All outside food & drinks are prohibited, except for cake (for reservation/event only) 

MENU

There is fixed price menu for reservations. You can finalize your food & beverage options on the reserved day at the time event starts.

PARKING

Please arrive at least 10-15 mins earlier than appointment time !!!

Our parking spots are very limited! We have a small parking at the back of the cafe. If our parking lot is full, there is street parking available in the residential areas nearby, but please be mindful not to block driveways or cause any inconvenience to our neighbors.

Additionally, there is ample parking available at the hospital located just three blocks away from us. We recommend allowing at least 10 minutes early on weekdays and 15 minutes early on weekends to find parking, as it can get busy around here.

We also highly recommend car pooling whenever possible to avoid unnecessary parking situation, so we can provide full experience within appointment time frame.
