Cooking Instructions

Pan Frying

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the intestine pieces. Cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the intestine pieces are fully cooked and has a slightly crispy texture. Before serving, cut into smaller pieces using tongs and scissors.

Grilling

Pre-heat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the large intestine pieces for 5-7 minutes on each side, until they are fully cooked and have a nice char on the outside. Before serving, cut into smaller pieces using tongs and scissors.

Air Frying

Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the intestine pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring they are not overcrowding the basket. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are fully cooked and have a nice crispy texture on the outside. Before serving, cut into smaller pieces using tongs and scissors.
