Cal was excellent! I spoke to him about losing my key and the same day he was there to cut and program my key. I have a key fob that would not work and I had changed the battery the previous day.  I took my car to the Nissan Dealer in Waldorf and was told it needed to be reprogrammed for  180.00.  I asked the representative if he could come outside and check it for me.  He then stated" I already know it needs to be programmed".  I put on my thinking cap and called LockOut Solutions due to the positive experience I had when I left my keys in my trunk while shopping.  He listened to my story and then the FIRST thing he asked was who put the new battery in?  When I said  "I did" he then asked me to open and send a picture.  I did.  Come to find out I had the battery in wrong.  He asked a pertinent question and did not just say it needs to be programmed.  The fact that the company provides good service, fair prices and is ethical is important to me.  Thank you once again.

LockOut Solutions is a great lock smith. My daughter broke the key off her fob and we couldn’t find it. The locksmith was patient and waited while we searched for the broken key. I called today and spoke with Calbert. The key to my vehicle after replacement was not working. He was immediately willing to come to the house for a service call but clearly stated that " its not about the money, so try this first: send me pictures and I call you back."
