The service and turn around time for setting an appointment was quick and professional to maintenance my home central AC. Freddy was prompt, professional and took time to go over what was the issue and answered all my questions. He even followed a day after to ensure everything was working as it should. I would highly recommend.

They charged me $150 to look at my HVAC and told me they would send me estimates for how much it would cost for maintenance and if I needed any repairs. They took $150 to look at the unit, and no response for a week. I called twice and have yet to pick up or return a call. It's very odd because they always pick up the call immediately, but now they won't even return it.

We were scheduled for an appointment for an installation today for central air. Evidently an email was sent to office manager who is on vacation informing us due to COVID they are closed this week. A phone call would have been appreciated if possible. That being said it was worth the wait. Our A/C is running smoothly and keeping us cool. They programmed the thermostat which helps us save energy as well as having to remember to turn off the system when we leave for the evening.

I was out of the country and panicked because my Tenant had absolutely no heat. I called 9 different places begging someone to get back to me. Many companies were away for the holidays. There were others that said they couldnt help. When I called Freddie, he said relax. I can hear your stress. I too dont work on that kind if unit but I will call around for you and see who does. He kept his word. He was getting no business out of my call yet he spent time to help me fix the problem. They dont make um like this anymore.

Our newly replaced A/C units were emitting a very strange smell, and we were concerned about breathing in anything hazardous. Fredric responded to our inquiry within a couple of hours with a quote and suggested time to come over the following day. He was on time, wearing a mask, and very professional and efficient. He took the covers off both units, narrating as he inspected, and after not finding any issues with the units or installation, helped us feel at ease about the safety of running our units to help the smell dissipate over time. Payment was easy/through Venmo. Definitely recommend!

Had one of our a/c split units blowing warm air. Called 4 sons, a local HVAC company and Freddie came in about an hour. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what could be the problem. He quickly found the problem, explained what it was and resolved it. His fee was very reasonable. It was a pleasure dealing with a pleasant knowledgeable professional who took the time to educate me on his actions.

It was easy to make an appointment. Freddy promptly arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem with AC in minutes and had the issue fixed shortly after. They really know their craft! Great service all around!

Do not, do not engage this company. I paid $650 to move my AC. Unit only worked 1x after that. Can't get them to come and see what's wrong. No AC for weeks. So sad.

I'm sorry I've led you to write a bad review. I've relocated your condenser which was not working from your previous installers. I followed up with you and you said it was cooling for a week. Please send me a text message and we can have someone out there Monday. I will even have someone there after hours knowing you can home late from work.

4 Sons mechanical fixed my A/C which I thought was a goner for sure and it hasn't work since installation . The installing company was no where to be found and I was taken for my money. I had two companies come in to my home in the middle of the summer and told me I had to replace both A/Cs. I only bought them 1 year ago. I called 4 Sons mechanical (which came highly recommended by a business partner of mine) the owner was very knowledgeable and understanding. They came in and rectified my unit in about 4-5 hours.Turns out it was never installed correctly in the first place. I am happy I called them and I didn't need to buy a new unit. The technicians were very courteous and respectful. My units are blowing so cold now its amazing. They are going to come back and install Three more for me and I know I am definitely going to get quality work. I was impressed!!
