David responded to me at 11pm last night and showed up in early morning to fix my garage door. Great value, highly recommended and will hire again.

Dave was very helpful in choosing a garage door opener and was prompt arriving at the time he said he would. Very nice to work with and skilled. He took away the old unit as well.

Excellent experience today with Dave! He had my old noisy garage door openers swapped out with a new pair of Linear openers in under two hours. He was on time, super friendly, and the pricing was reasonable. These new openers are SWEET! They're so quiet that now all I can hear is the rollers moving on the tracks instead of those god-awful grinding motors on the old Chamberlain openers I had. Very happy with everything Dave did for me!

I cannot say enough good things about David. He responded to my text last night, and was able to immediately determine our problem. And thanks to a last minute cancellation came out this morning and had it fixed in less than an hour. He provided the parts, took care of it with no hassle, and was friendly and cordial the entire time. He even adjusted the whole mechanism, lubed it up, and made it work better than it has since I installed it years ago. Just a lifesaver, and a professional.

I was aware that I needed to get a little repair work performed on my garage double-door opener motor. Sometimes it would work, and other times, not so great-and noted the door pull chain was sometimes slack, and other times somewhat taunt.

Finally, decided to seek a professional person who could address the situation, and had to search for a someone that could fit my needs. I checked out previous reviews at another site, and after reading a very glowing review by a woman named, Susan, I decided to call David's Garage Doors Service, LLC.

I called him at 971-678-1899, where David answered fairly quickly. We arranged a repair date, particularly, after my discussion with him about 'Susan's' review!

Since there was a need to get the door working sooner than the actual date we did arrange, I called him back, to see if-possibly-he could come out the very next day, instead of the next week, as arranged! David said he would have to check and would call me back. I hoped he would be able to make this change.

About an hour later, David called back and told me he was able to adjust his appointment schedule already set, so that he could help me sooner! He also said he would be at my residence by 8:30 that next morning! He called later to make sure he had the address for the appointment.

The following morning, he arrived on site at 8:15, was checking and working on the issue and lifter motor box, very quickly! Suspected broken teeth on the chain return sprocket was the problem! David was able to disassemble, replace the sprocket, and reassemble in a fairly short period of time, with the door working perfectly, after also adding new grease, and oil spray to the door metal track rails.

While chatting with him, he also shared a personal story about helping out a Vietnam veteran, who came back without his legs and one arm! The vet's entrance to his home was through a garage door, which was not working. Several visits from a 'less than professional crew' took his money, but never fixed the door.

When David was called and heard the story, he arranged a secret plan with the veteran's wife, to take the vet out for the day, where he then came over, replaced, repaired and made the doors like new. When he called for them to return, the vet tried to open the door with his 'old' remote. David asked to see the remote (and then 'switched out' with the new one), handing the new one back to him!

The vet had no clue that the garage doors had been replaced/fixed, and David just let him believe that, with no charges to the family!! True selfless assistance from one vet to another!

So, not only is he a very good, honest repair person, but also a man of very high ideals! As one might gather, I highly recommend David Pet, owner of David's Garage Doors Service LLC, 971-678-1899, for any of your future garage door needs.

David was a great guy to deal with and the service was fair and fast. I had a next day service for a broken spring that broke that night. It was fixed the next morning by noon. Highly recommended if you want fast and great service. He gave me a 3 year warranty if anything went wrong. Thumbs up

I called David's Garage door and spoke with David himself. I ask him about replacing a garage door opener. He ask if I had the opener or if he needed to bring one. He explained the differences to me and then gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He came out and I told him that I wanted to replace two doors but was going to wait till spring. I had already got a quote from a big box store. He gave me a quote which was better than the big box and another company. Never did he try to sell me but instead just educated me. I ended up getting two doors installed and 3 garage door openers. David was fun to work with, having a great sense of humor and communicated as to everything he was doing. I would highly recommend David's Garage Doors Service as he has great old fashioned customer service that is so hard to find. My doors look great and work fantastic.
