Not only was the cake beautiful, but it tasted amazing! I had a specific vision in mind and she captured it. Almost everything was edible. Including the erected picture.

A little late to review but Better late than never! Panchi crafted my daughter's birthday cake, and it turned out absolutely gorgeous. She was incredibly accommodating, helpful, and offered a super reasonable price. Communication with her was effortless. I highly recommend her services!

When I heard from neighbors that there was a great new bakery in the Riverland Shopping Center my other neighbor and I didn't wait to try it out, we headed right over. We weren't even in the door and a lady coming out was telling us what to buy. I appreciated the guidance because honestly, everything looked SO good. Beautiful cakes, cupcakes, cookies and Latin style savory breads and snacks. I decided to order a coconut cream pie for Christmas dinner to pick up the following week and a Christmas cookie, cheese croissant and cupcake for today. Everything I tried was delicious. (I'll review the pie once I try it)
Lots of inventory and what I bought was wonderfully fresh although once the word gets out about this place I'm sure they will have to work to keep up with demand

OBSESSED with Ruthy's cakes!! Her cakes are one of a kind, always on point with presentation and taste. I don't even know how to describe how delicious this cake was. The top was chocolate with banana filling and the bottom was vanilla with banana, it was moist and sooo tasty! Everyone at the party loved it. Thank you so much for our amazing cake on my son's 1st birthday.

I shared a cake inspiration photo with Panchis bakery and they made an even more beautiful creation than I could've imagined for my daughter's 1st birthday. She completely understood my vision and I couldn't have been happier with the final product. A true work of art. Oh and extremely delicious too! We will only be using them from now on.

We've been to Panchis about four or five times now and still have reason to go back! Honestly they make the tastiest empanadas we've had in the area and everything else we've had sincerely tastes "home made". We've met the owner's a few times, both them and their employees are super friendly and personable. We hope they'll have a bright future!

I've peeked through the window many times and have always admired the atmosphere and decore but it's always during evening hours picking up food from a restaurant in the plaza. Today was an exception and I'm glad it worked out that way. I walked over and looked in the window which was piled high with their display of fresh cooking individually wrapped and very well decorated. I got to meet the owner/baker and she had the warmth and welcoming personality of exactly who you would expect selling such beautiful desserts. They even have cake by the slice!!! If you're anything like me, options are a must! I'm not going to discuss what I ordered but I did get 2 slides of cake and 2 cookies. I don't even know where to start or if I'll be able to finish describing how amazing everything was. And to top it all off. It was very well priced. Between the French/European decor and a polite engaging owner this place gets a 5 star rating!!! Oh yeah, and the cakes and cookies were AMAZING!!! Fresh, moist and delicious. You will not be disappointed!!! I only rate amazing places that have left an impact in some way. Maybe it was the way I was greeted by a warm person with a mother like personality. the way the bakery was exceptionally clean and organized, everything in plain view. Or maybe it was the experience as a whole. Regardless it's a winner in my book. Oh wait wait...they also make custom cakes to order. This place takes pride in what they do and it is obviously noticeable! Give it a try or keep eating cardboard.

This bakery is a nice addition to our neighborhood plaza. I tried the guava pastelitos and the special panchis cafe con leche. Both were super tasty! The pastelitos were fresh out of the oven and were flavorful. The coffee had a unique twist where they make a special ball of espresso and put it on top of the coffee. I had a great experience here and will definitely be back soon. Keep up the great work Panchis!
