I'm new to the neighborhood and I'm looking for a new nail salon/tech and I decided to try this place first and I won't be going back. I think most people who want to be pampered want to feel relaxed, I had two techs working on my hands and feet. The whole time I felt like the lady who was doing my hands was rushing. I was so scared to get cut with the nail filer. During my time there one of the younger girls who works there was coughing/sneezing so loud and to make matters worse she wasn't even covering her mouth. GROSS! Have we not learned anything from the pandemic!? Also the nail polish options seem old.

Oh man I really wanted to like this place as the ladies were very friendly. However, I recently paid $40 for gel manicure. The woman that did my nails used too much machine on my nails and drilled them way too thin. She left my nails weak and hurting but what upset me the most is the gel literally came off less than an hour later. I went back the next day to fix it and literally the same thing happened! The gel came off with in an hour. Friendly people but waste of time and money:/

Terrible all around. I chose a glitter accent nail that needed 3 coats when I noticed she only put 2 coats on my left hand but was trying to put the top coat on I said that One only has 2 coats and she started arguing with me. She would take phone calls for appointments but not actually right them down and scheduled 3 people for the same time when only 2 employees were working that day. The kicker is her cell phone rang and I could hear the conversation it was the workforce center I heard the lady ask if she had returned to work yet and she said no working AS SHE WAS PAINTING MY NAILS!!! I get times are hard but that money is for people who really aren't working. I will never go back and I am considering calling TWC. Her name was "Cathy"

Oh yeah my nails are chipping. Today is Saturday I got them done on Thursday!

      ABC Nails. Good afternoon neighbors!
After reviewing all the recommendations from the community, I chose ABC Nails in the Kroger shopping center on Audelia/ Centennial. I called and made an appointment to see Rebekah with no complications.
Let me just say... I am an AVID salon patron! I was thoroughly impressed with the service, cleanliness, attention to detail, quality, conversation and more ... and don't get me started on VALUE! Basic pedicure is only $22 and they offer happy hour specials during afternoon hours (1-5, I think?) throughout the week. I would consider this a full service salon as they not only offer nails/pedicures... but also full body waxing, massage, facials & more!

So... if anyone else is still on the fence for nail salon recommendations... look no further than ABC Nails. They've definitely earned themselves a new full-service client with me!

Well...I don't know how to start this off because it was that bad of an experience. I took my little sister and I to get our nails removed. I told them I wanted to get two removals and my little sister nails painted. Obviously there is a language barrier between us but they could not understand what I was wanting for the life of me. My sister and I both got done and were in so much pain they filed and drilled our nails so hard when they were drilling they burned our nails and would not care. After they were done they started talking to each other. When overhearing them talk I heard them both call me and my sister a dumb dumb. I will not be returning here and do not recommend ever giving them your service unless you like to be treated rudely.

1 of 2 horrible places I went on this day.
I thought they'd do a better job but nope.
While doing my nails, the woman stopped multiple times to wax people. She even switched people up on my once.
By the 5th time, I lost my patience when for the 6th time she had one of her people come over and try to take over.
I'm never going back here and don't think anyone should, really. If they don't care enough for the people who are walking in spending hard earned money, why bother patronizing them?
This happened the weekend before my birthday too. Now, the thing is I work, live and do everything for myself. It's already hard enough managing bills, health, life and work and I somehow scraped together the money (after 7 months of not getting my nails done) enough to treat myself for my big day.
I left heartbroken and disappointed that the one thing I wanted to do for myself was a fail.

I went today to get a manicure and pedicure. They are short staffed so you defintely should make sure you have an appointment if you would like services here. They also will have you put on a mask due to Covid.

I came with what I wanted already in mind. I knew that I wanted a dipped, white and off white French manicure instead of the typical white tip with pink nail French manicure. I noticed initial red flags when I was showing them the picture of what I wanted and both nail techs seemed clueless. They also didn't provide assistance helping me find the necessary colors for what I wanted. It is also hard to communicate with them, as thier English isn't very strong.

Upon beginning my manicure and shaping my nails, it didn't look great so the tech removed the tips that were applied and reinstalled them at a longer length to achieve better results with the shape I wanted, which she graciously did and I appreciated it. She also kept trying to talk me into getting the pink and white manicure, to which I made clear multiple times I didn't want. During the course of my manicure she kept having to get the phone and then as more people came in for thier appointments, it seemed as though she started rushing. I kept having to tell her to go back and refile certain nails and she also burned me a time or two with the file. I already had a cut on my finger from days prior, and she wasn't much gentle with that either. I had to settle getting my nails done in solid white as well b/c it didn't come out right when she tried a nail. She said something about the color, but I don't think she was very familiar with what I specifically wanted. I knew that because of that that I wouldn't be back. Upon finshing my manicure, my fingers look messy as she didn't clean well around my nails. Looks like amateur did it. She was rushing to move me to the pedicure chair.

Upon being seated in the pedicure chair, she hands me a menu but hurriedly suggested which one I should get. I'm assuming this is because she just wants to get done. I ended up choosing the deluxe b/c that's what my feet needed. She proceeded, but she rushed through it and it wasn't relaxing.

      Won't be back.

I had a horrible experience today at this place. I first told the guy I wanted a basic pedicure he decided he wanted to give me the one that was $5more even though I kept sayin no. Then the guy who did my nails was extremely aggressive and made my fingers bleed. He apologized and handed me wet towel to clean my hands and still charged me full price. On top of the fact that my nails look nothing like what I asked him to do and my fingers are sore. I am so upset and will never go here again.

Worst nail place I've ever been to in my life!! First of all - these people ARE RUDE to their customers!! They talk their stupid Vietnamese language amongst themselves and IGNORE the customers.

It is an old trashy place, dirty bathroom,
and they don't even offer a drink! Not even water! They talk about other people negatively right in front of them disguised in their language. It's beyond W R O N G.

The person that did my nails was so incredibly slow and inefficient, I sat there TRIPLE the time it should take!! 2 HOURS!!
THEY RUINED MY NAILS and did a HORRIBLE job!!! It took ssssooooo long, and they still FAILED to get the job done!!!

      They never communicated an upgrade
would literally take aaalllllll night long!! To make it even worse! They HURT my fingers over and over and over!! It was AWEFUL!! They also lack common sense, the lady blurted out something about my business out loud and infront of other people there. The people that work here, nicely said - are NOT the sharpest tool in the shed. They are retarded.

She had the nerve to dare ask me- if I could come back the next day! I literally had to walk out. These pieces of dog crap here, won't get not one red cent out of me after what I went through.

You will be uncomfortable the whole time you are there. They are more busy talking secretivly to each other, than getting the job done! It is literally the worst experience I've had at any nail place I've been to. GO ANY WHERE ELSE.

I will tell everybody and you should too, this place IS low grade quality, with BAD customer service! Tell everyone that - because its just the TRUTH.

So very sad. I have paid lots of money for nails that did not last. I went on vacation and had to wear band aids on my fingers to protect my broken nails from getting worse. Many of the employees are very nice but paying 52 dollars for solar nails and having them come off in a week is just not a good financial decision. I went back to have the nails repaired and there were no I am sorry about this or anything. They did try to fix it but I have no clue how long it will last. I have been getting my nails done for 15 + years and I think over that time, I have had to get my nails repaired maybe 2 times and now the last 2 times I was there. I am very sad that I have to find a new nail place ! I think the era of abc nails has come to an end!!!
