A/C Man Cooling & Heating

Do not use this company. This man will come to your house for one service and the take your serial number of your unit, go order part under your warranty without your permission or you asking him to Perform the job. So basically, he was steal from you. Then he will try to make you pay him more for the part the what he paid for. If you have a warranty and the builders is planning on fixing it for you for free. He will hold the process up where you will be without AC or heat for over a week or months. Because no one can go get the part under your warranty. Then he will keep your part and never return it. This man is evil!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU KNOW WHATS BEST FOR YOU!!!!

I did call him back and say the system was making noises almost immediately after he left and he could could have cared less or have any regard that it was sweltering fort dog and I. The man has a lot to say in defense but his lack of professionalism and ability to help me out is loud enough. Air Con was able to take care of my issue for a few hundred dollars even though it took more effort but it still works great.

The worst A/C service experience I have ever encountered. Don first said the Evaporator Coil was leaking. Luckily the Coil was under warranty so the cost of Labor and Freon was my only expense this go round. The System ran (1) day and I had to call him back out. Now he tells me the Condensing Coil is leaking. Now I'm starting to question his knowledge of A/C and Heating, but luckily that Coil was under warranty so the cost was Labor and Freon again. The System ran again for (1) day and I had to call him back out again. Keep in mind that based on waiting for Parts, this is going on for weeks. Fortunate for us we have (2) A/C Systems, otherwise we wouldn't have survived. The 3rd. time he came out he said there was another leak around the connections on the Evaporator Coil. I told him to do whatever he thought he could do to fix it, but I wasn't paying him anymore. He did some repairs and left, this time it ran less than (4) Hours. My wife calls Misty not realizing that Don had already been out earlier that day and ask when he is coming out. When Misty advised that Don had already been there and repaired it, my wife said he needs to get back out. Don came back that evening (4th. time), checked it out couldn't figure out what was wrong. He charged the System one more time and it ran less than 5 minutes and shut down. At that point I asked him to leave and I told him I would contact someone else to repair it.
