A Texas Staunch Auto Glass

We had a large windshield crack that needed a replacement. Luckily, A Texas Staunch Auto Glass came out even when they were closed for the day! The customer service was great, the replacement looked immaculate, and Alfredo met all my expectations! I even got all my stickers transferred and the dash cam wire routed! Would definitely recommend them!

I was able to find this company via Yelp and by far, this has been the best experience I've had with an Auto glass company. I messaged A Texas Staunch Auto glass just yesterday and Alfredo was available the next morning. The service was fast and easy, professional and I didn't even need to leave my house.

Alfredo arrived promptly and glass installation took right around an hour as noted. He explained the full extent of the warranty and answered all of my questions with the utmost knowledge.

I highly recommend his auto glass service and quality of work to anyone who needs the conveniency and exceptional customer service.

Alfredo was on time and very professional. He and his associate performed the windshield replacement in an orderly, clean and prompt manner. He was communicative throughout and took proper Covid precautions. I would definitely recommend him for others and would use him again.

Alfredo deserves 5 Stars for providing me with excellent service. The windshield on my 2003 BMW had severe cracks and had been previously replaced, so you never really know how well it was done the last time. I wanted to get it replaced before the bad weather.

I initially was going to bring my car to a major glass company's shop, but I became concerned that they may not be familiar with on older vehicle like mine. I decided to contact A Staunch based on previous reviews. He got back to me immediately and I had a new windshield installed Perfectly at my home within 4 hours of contact. Amazing! Thanks again.

Had a back window smashed, used Yelp to find companies. This one was very responsive and provided me with a competitive price and could even come to me. The technician was early, he was wearing a mask and gloves and was very diligent. The window looks good and was able to pay with a card. Thank you!

Finally got my windshield fixed thanks to Alfredo. I found them by riding on the side of the van on Labor Day. They were a reasonable price and respond quickly to your messages. Customer service was excellent even though he was a few mins late. He called and apologized and told me he was on his way. I will be referring him to my family and friends.

Alfredo contacted me promptly, gave his direct cell phone, price was very competitive, and came to my place same day as I requested it ( you don't want to drive around Houston without passenger's side window, for obvious reasons!!) .
He was on time, cleaned up shattered glass (bastards who break windows should be fed that!!), and completed good quality replacement fast! Recommend him highly. And hope not to need his services any time soon ( Alfredo, nothing personal!! ).

It is hard to find a reliable windshield guy but Alfredo is the best one I know of. I recommend him to everyone that is in need of a windshield or glass he keeps his appointment times accurately. I stop doing windshields at my shop because the installers were sooooo unreliable. He is prompt and courteous and offers fair pricing

Not sure how my husband found this company, but glad he did. Mobile only, which is a huge plus.....bc the chances of me being on time going.....well, anywhere.....are slim to none! But he said 7:30am & he pulled up AT 7:30am. Got started right away, showed me exactly how my windshield got cracked, we were waaayyyy off, & then let me know that my sunroof had also been hit! Luckily not damaged, YAY!!!! For the record, this did not take place when I was behind the wheel, let alone in the truck at all. So ya won't blame this one on me! Back to the review........So far so good. Very Professional, Friendly, Quick, & Affordable!!! If you want someone that will come to you on time.....prepaired.....very knowledgeable.....ya know, all the things you look for when trusting someone come to your home, I highly recommend A Texas Staunch Auto Glass!
