Ricky T.Naples, FL0356Jun 24, 2021CONSUMER BEWARE ‼ DO NOT use this company to service or replace your air conditioning units. The sub contractors being used by AA Temperature Services are not experienced in the business. I have received an incomplete job with the sub contractors damaging my exiting thermostat that AA Temperature Service will not reimburse me or install a compatible thermostat.
Communication skills are poor at best with all personnel at this company.

AA Temperature Services had a contract with the builder to install central air conditioning in my house.
Shortly after I moved in, my a/c stopped working. I knew it was under Warranty, so I called AA. They REFUSED to fix my a/c because they were having a problem with the builder.
I can't think of a more despicable company to deal with.

We need a new system but wasn't able to get system on the weekend. John arrived 830 on Monday morning. Very professional. Got the systemsnin and working 7 hours later. Cleaned up everything in home and in the driveway. John explained all about the warranties as well as how to work the thermostat and change the filters. Was very impressed by his professionalism.
