AAA Garage Door Service Company

We called b/c our garage door wasnt working. I called on a Sat and the apt was set for 2-days later on Mon. The gentleman showed up on time..and said a new garage door opener system was needed. This was not unexpected news, the current one had been in use for over 15 -20 yrs.

The apt was set up for the following day. He and another wrkr showed up on time. Installed the equipment - and we're happy with the wrk. He even followed up a day or 2 later to make sure all was wrkng properly.

The gentleman was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I do recommend this company, for ur garage door needs.

Punctual, respectful, responsive. Our garage door motor went out. We checked Yelp and liked the reviews. So we called and Roy Garza tried to save us some money but in the end determined he had to replace the motor. It was all a same day service, within hours. Very reasonable prices. Great all around service. Thanks Roy !

Roy with AAA Garage Door was wonderful. He was responsive, got back to me at the times he promised, and was quickly available to service my home same day or following morning. The price was also great as he was much cheaper than other companies i called but was still high quality. Roy himself was very personable while fixing my door, taking the time to explain the things he was doing and why he was doing them. He pointed out the things to watch out for and gave me tips on how to maintain so i would run into less issues in the future. All round 5/5 stars from me.

Roy is not only an awesome person to meet, but he gets the job done and has a spirit of excellence! He has taken care of many of my clients and my personal properties for years and years! The spring on my garage door broke. Roy and I discussed options for repair. He offered the option that cost less (one spring, like I had before), but I insisted on the other more expensive option (duel springs, thinking this would reduce the chance of this happening again). Roy was very responsive, very professional and educated me on garage doors. I definitely recommend Roy for your garage door repairs. Roy also honors military discounts.

This place is great! My garage door spring snapped and out of 5 places I called they offered the best price and had the nicest employees. Scheduling was easy and he worked around my schedule. They didn't try to charge me for a quote and weren't secretive about the price like the other places I called. AAA was up front and honest.

I LOVE this company... Roy is by far the greatest tech ever!!!! he educated me today on our garage door like NEVER BEFORE! I now know so much "like the importance of the spring and how much weight it holds and that our door weighs 200lbs and it wasn't locked (as I ASSumed it was) it's just heavy and the spring reduced the weight... I could go on and on! Roy really knows his stuff and he was AWESOME!!! Prices are REALLY low for an entire new system too, we are calling them back to get a new door installed at the earliest appointment available. With the impression Roy left, I know we are in good hands with AAA!!

Initially the service was prompt and professional. I had them come out to replace the spring and rollers. Many months later they cam out to replace the motor. Initially the motor seemed very loud and since I had went ahead and upgraded to the higher cost motor I had them come back out and they ended up ordering another one and replaced it. Up to that point the service was very good. Fast forward 9 months and the light on one of the security sensors went out and the door wouldn't close. The parts were under warranty, but a service call would be $89. I asked to just have the part sent to me and I would replace. Never got another reply. So while they do a good job overall, their support of the work they do falls short of my expectations.

AAA will be my go-to garage door repair peeps. They actually called to see if they could arrive before the scheduled time since they were running
ahead of schedule. :)
