Cesar was very polite, pleasant and on time. The price was expensive but I guess everything has become expensive these days.
All workers were very reliable and polite
They changed me after the work was done. They did not even ask for a deposit.
When I look at the roof section that they repaired, it looks like they did a great job.
It has not rained again after the repair was done. I hope the roof doesn't leak with the next rain season again.

17 years ago we had our roof replaced. We have never had any issues/leaks anything. When we had a bad storm about 2 weeks ago a huge tree broke and multiple branches hit the roof damaging multiple tiles & one of our air vents.

I called ABC because I knew they were reliable. I called and scheduled an appointment for someone to come look at my roof. I was ready for a huge bill.

We were assigned Cesar. Prior to his arrival I received an email with his photo. Cesar called to let me know he was on his way. He went up on the roof - straightened the vent and told me it wasn't as bad as it looks. I received the quote on the spot and via email and I told him I was good to go. Cesar told me ABC would be in touch to schedule.

The team came the following day and fixed the room in a few hours. Since the repair, we have had some heavy rains and we have had no leaks.

Billing: I received an invoice a few days later and I was able to pay online.

All in all - all of our interactions have been perfect and we have been happy all these years.

It is hard to believe that a company, after getting all the city permits, would be able to tear off my old roof and complete the re-roof job, and pass all inspections in less than 10 days.
ABC Roofing was the easiest company to work with. Their roofers did a great job cleaned up as they worked. I had no complaints at all from the time they started through the final payment, which was seamlessly done online.
I got the recommendation from my next-door neighbor who used them last year and would be happy to recommend them to do your re-roofing job.

Our neighbor across the street recommended them after she did all the research on them before she used them. We ended up doing two roofs, our house and my wife's mother's townhouse. Both before hurricane Wilma.
The townhouse, we recently sold it. My mother in law never bothered to fix the ceiling in the bedroom, and the people that were going to buy it had an inspection, and the inspector kept telling us there was a leak. To help get the price down. NOPE! It poured rain for two days after the inspection. Guess what? NOT, one drop of water. No leaks anywhere.
ABC also put the roof on our home just before hurricane Wilma hit us. The tile we wanted was back ordered. It took about three to get it, and we had to wait because so many people needed repairs from the storm. When they finally did the tile, they did a nice job. Though the whole process, they kept everything clean, no dumpster, and they hauled off all the every day.
Seventeen years later. We had a really bad storm come through. The associations trees in the back that were not properly trimmed, and the storm ripped them apart in big peice, leaving them all over the roof. My neighbor went up there, through down the branches, and took pictures of the damage. At first, we were not sure who to call. I said to my wife, "Let's call ABC." They sent someone out to us Monday after we called. After his inspection, he says it looks worse than it is. Only tile damage and a bent exaust vent. Not knowing that his company was the one who put the roof on, says, the roof, it self looks great. He figured we should easily get ten more years from it. That's when we told him it's one of their roofs. They sent the guys the next day. We were not expecting that. $900, they did it so fast it took them about thee days to get the bill ready and my wife was able to pay it over the phone.
The next time we need a new roof, there is no question about who we are going use.

No stars at all, they replaced my roof 2 years ago, it is leaking now, it is under warranty, 2 weeks I am still waiting for them to come And fix.In addition they broke the tiles.

I've never been so unhappy and stressed about a job that I paid in full. My flat roof was replaced by this company a week later we had rain and now my whole dining room is ruined. Ceiling, fixtures, flooring are all water damage. Told them the issue they said it was a coincidence because the company feels they are not at fault. After I let them know and showed pictures of the home I purchased just in July that I hadn't had not one problem before they touched it. I got the inspector to come out that inspected my roof for my purchase and he assured me that this was the fault of the company not tucking my flat roof under my other roof when completed. I had to pay another company to come out and I have to pay a contractor to fix inside of my home. Terrible company that contracts out do no one really knows what's going on. I have contacted a lawyer

I purchased a house that they did a complete roof replacement for the previous owners in 2019. When I requested information on warranty they provided me a copy of the original paid invoice with my name as the new owner. They explained I had a transferable warranty which had many more years. I was impressed that they stood behind their work so well.

I also requested they have someone look to see if there was damage from flying shingles that came from a neighbors roof in a windstorm we just had, non-warranty of course. The person they sent was named Cesar Lacayo inspected the roof and found no issues, took pictures for me to see there was no issues.

He also made a suggestion to have someone look at sealing the AC runner at the top since he could see it when he was up there and it was open.

Since the roof was just replaced 4 years ago I do not need a re-roofing soon but this will be my first call when I do.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Terrible workmanship. Roof is already leaking and it is just outside of the warranty. They will not honor warranty because it past warranty. But unfortunately used them for other work which is also either cracking, or poorly done. This is your consumer warning find another roofing company this is not the one. Roofs should last longer than 10 years and their workmanship WILL NOT last longer than 10 years.
