Professional work delivered personally!!! Alex and Mica did a fantastic job on my Porsche Panamera GTS. My expectations were exceeded at every level, in fact when I picked up my car I ended up talking with them both for over 30 minutes.

I had to cancel this appointment because something came up so we rescheduled for the next week and Mica had to cancel THIS appointment due to something coming up... so we rescheduled for the NEXT week... NONE of this was an issue.
I called his phone on the morning I was due to meet him at the Toyota dealer and left a message that I was on my way... got there on time and he was not there yet waited for 45 min. the dealer tried calling him several times... I tried calling him several times and got NO response...and he never showed up. I have tried calling him a couple times since and he has NEVER called me back.
I don't know what kind of work he does because I never got it done, but if this is how he treats customers then I don't want to find out. A simple return phone call is called common courtesy and being professional. Will NOT use or recommend this company...Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

I am very sorry for the inconvenience this was at the beginning of covid and I had very little access to Crown Toyota.
