I am very pleased with the work I had done. My appt. was at 10:00 and I had 4 teeth extracted, no pain, and was out with my temporary teeth in by 12: 50. The staff and Dr. are very friendly and professional and made sure I was comfortable and pain free.I would refer anyone searching for dental care to Elite Dental.

I wish I could give zero stars, but I can't. First of all, I had come in to get a cleaning and x-rays as a new patient. They told me I needed fillings done, so I got those scheduled. After a couple hours and a ton of pain, they did the fillings. I told the Dr that my bite felt off and I could feel the fillings sticking out. She told me it was fine and it would feel weird for a bit. Couple days later it still felt off so I called and made an appointment to come in for her to grind them down some more, which she could've done the first time. Then I notice when I eat, that food gets stuck in between two specific teeth and there's a new gap there that wasn't there before. She created a gap in between my teeth! Great! I tell her that, when I come back in for a filling that fell out and she tries gaslighting me and telling me that the gap has always been there and it wasn't her. I know my own teeth, I know I never had that gap. Then another filling falls out and she has to redo it. At this point I'm fed up and find a new dentist. I get X-rays done at this dentist and they tell me that they have to redo the fillings this lady did because she messed them up. She left tiny ridges on the sides of my fillings/teeth so food would get caught there and I'd be more cavity prone so I would have to keep coming back to her. So I guess that's her way of drumming up business! Definitely don't recommend this place unless you want your teeth messed up. I had also gone to this new dentist because a THIRD filling had fallen out and I decided to not go back here again and try somewhere else to see if they would get it right. Overall would not recommend, DO NOT GO HERE.

Just left this joke of a facility. Got here 15 minutes before scheduled appt. Did not get addressed until 10 minutes after I arrived (10 minutes after appt time). No explanation that they are running late. After doing paperwork, I asked how much longer the wait was going to be. Her response was, "You just gave me the paperwork." I asked a second time and received the same response. As if I arrived there late and it is my fault. Since she could not give me any estimate of time, I told her that if I wasn't seen 30 minutes past my appt time, I would leave. I believe that arriving early to do paperwork and waiting 30 minutes past appt time is ample time to be seen.
I was brought back and was told they would be doing x-rays. I said, "Wait a minute, I don't understand. I have new x-rays and I told the front when I called and made the appt."
She then gives me the email to send the x-rays and as I began to prepare the email, Mohan comes around the corner and says, "How can I help you?" I proceed to tell him that I am sending the x-rays via email. He asks me the same question again, I give the same response. Then he asks me to leave.
Initially, when I called to set up the appt...David made to sure to ask me had I seen all the great reviews online. LOL

They have called me 3 times today since I initially put up my review on Google, which I did not answer. No apology. Just put the blame all on me.

And to whomever is reading the reviews and calling me right away...please stop harassing me. Do not contact me at all.

Took my mom, who was scheduled for a 2-hour appt for some extractions. I sat in the waiting room for two-and-a-half hours with my toddler and baby--but when my mom came out, she said they didn't do anything but x-rays. This DDS kept her waiting in the chair for TWO HOURS and when he came in, he said he didn't have time to extract her teeth, then said actually he needed medical clearance from her doctor (did nothing to obtain her dr's contact info), and then proposed a different treatment plan that would cost her $7k after insurance. They couldn't schedule a future appointment for 4+ weeks, so she found another dentist to take out her infected tooth that was becoming an emergency. When she called to get a copy of the x-rays, the office said they wouldn't fulfill the request for 30 days.

Two stars (instead of one) because the front office was heroic at helping me entertain my kids for the TWO AND A HALF HOURS we sat waiting for nothing but x-rays and a price quote.

My wife went in for a cleaning and somehow they managed to bust her lip open with the suction hose. They were also was not very professional and had zero remorse for what happened.

Great customer service. They do a great job, they are attentive to detail and even the owner called me to make sure I was happy with the quality of their work. I will use them again in the near future and after using different signs companies I recommend them the most. I am a happy customer!
