Scheduling is very easy online as well as paperwork submission. Front of house is very professional.

In regard to leading up to your appointment I did have an issue once where my appointment was moved without me moving it. They also call A-LOT, more than any dentist I have ever used. I would get calls multiple times before my appointment to confirm, text to confirm and email to confirm. I then get 1-2 calls to see if I can move my appointment earlier ... or later. Very odd. I would much rather prefer if I just got one email or one text with a click here, or respond with yes to confirm your already set appointment. This is where the star deductions come in. It is very annoying the calls and constant schedule changing requests.

As far as quality of care, I feel it is good quality. The dental assistants are thorough with X-rays, good with communicating what they are doing, and answering questions. The dentist, for almost all the same reasons, as well. My last visit, she was very efficient, didn't like to waste time, which I appreciate. She answered all my questions, referred me to a specialist for a second opinion on work I had done 20 years ago. This is my second visit to this location and experience was the same both times.

If you go, maybe only agree to email communications if possible. Otherwise, I feel it's a good spot to get your basic dental needs taken care of.

First ACE dental tried to push my wife into a procedure that was completely unnecessary and luckily she found competent dentist and periodontist that were able to accomplish excellent results with far less invasive procedure.
Secondly ACE made claims against our insurance for procedures they did not even do. They seem to have no trouble just wanting to rip all of your teeth out when you turn them down to find someone ethical and competent, they commit fraud and theft.
Stay clear of these quacks.

I walked in because of tooth pain. Told I had an abscess (true) and needed a root canal, new crown at site of root canal/crown, crown on the tooth next to it because the cavity was too big, deep cleaning (which had been at this clinic for a check approximately 18 months earlier) and they didn't recommend a routine cleaning at that time but filled 4 small cavities. But this time the bill would be 5k for all the above procedures. Keep in mind no insurance - this is out of pocket. So got a second opinion which was better and a third which was phenomenal at temple trails. He did the root canal through my crown and filled the cavity (that needed a crown according to ace) and x rays for a grand total of 850ish bucks all the time super pro and no pain. Temple trails is much nicer dental office, far more professional, cleaner, modern, more private exam rooms, waaay cheaper, and does a much more conservative procedure with your teeth; and yet accomplishes a great ending with your teeth and pocket book. Bottom line ACE up sells, over procedures and has sketchy "qualified" dentists - check Their backgrounds and previous employment - bad reviews.

I like this place better compared to others in Taylor. I know is small and not luxurious but the coupons saved us money. You don't see or hear rivalry or gossiping within the assistants while you are waiting for your turn and your service. They treat each other politely so creates a relaxing atmosphere. The Dr is very meticulous analyzing x-rays and she explains everything to you in a gentle manner and does her best to be on time with you and spend the necessary time working in your mouth not in a rush but very professional no matter the schedule. We'll keep going there as long as they keep up with the good service.
