Addora represented me during a hot seller's market. She was always accessible. I'm a pretty punctual person, but Addora is even more punctual than me!

Covid made showings more difficult as everyone had set appointment times. Whenever I wanted to see a property, she was able to get us an appointment right away, even for the extremely popular houses. Often, there were other buyers who would linger around after their appointment time and others who would try to start entering earlier and try to push us out, but they were no problem for Addora. She would make sure that I got to see everything I wanted to see during my scheduled time.

She gave her honest opinion on the houses we saw and didn't pressure me to make a decision. She would reassure me when I was feeling frustrated and would remind me that I am making a huge purchase so it would have to be something I was happy and comfortable with.

With it being such a hot market, she gave suggestions on ways to make my offer stand out. During escrow and after closing, there were many issues that came up. She always advocated for me and made sure that I was treated fairly. Even though the home buying process was exhausting, I am very happy that I had Addora by my side!

So I'll break up my review into two parts, the short and sweet version and the detailed version.

Short and sweet: We worked with Addora for 5 years looking for a home for our family. She was amazing and we wouldn't have traded our experience with her for anything. She is your advocate and you'd be making a mistake to not go with her.

Detailed review: As I mentioned, we started our home buying journey about 5 years ago. We met Addora while attending an open house she was showing. My husband and I were like cats and dogs when it came to what we wanted for our growing family. She earnestly took the time to get to know us and our wants. She was patient with us, but gave us the "tough love" as we say when we needed it. Needless to say, this market has not been an easy one, especially in the area we were in. Once we finally got our house "wants" in order the pandemic hit. This just made things 100 times harder. My husband and I thought we had a good understanding of what we needed to do to get a home, but every time we didn't listen to Addora's advise, we lost out. She is seasoned and her expertise in the market and real estate is unparalleled. You may not see all the work that's going on, but behind the scenes she is working hard on behalf of her clients. She never gave up on us. We were basically at the point where we were communicating weekly, sometimes daily with her and scheduling sometimes 5 home tours in a day. Once we actually started following her directions, we started having a good shot at the homes we wanted. Finally, after about 5 years, another baby, and a pandemic later, we were able to purchase a home for our family. We could never have done this without her wisdom and guidance. Along the way several people and other agents tried to sway us away, but (I kid you not) once we told them who our agent was, EVERY time, the response was, "oh, no, she's the best, stick with her." We have referred her to all our friends and family. She will be your advocate, whether you are the buyer or the seller. Addora will have your best interests at heart. She has now helped another family member purchase a home, helped us purchase our home, and sell our previous property. For as long as we have real estate needs, we will be utilizing her.
