Adrian's Tree Service

This company came out and gave me a quote on a property I lived in. I had to cancel a couple times because of family issues, and eventually ended up having to move all together. When I called them to ask them if they would use my deposit to cut a limb out of a tree at my new location, they told me that because I canceled my original appointment that I no longer had a deposit there, and they were keeping the money. If you make an appointment with them, don't try to reschedule it after giving them a deposit. You will never see your money again.

I got an estimate of $750 from Adrian's Tree Service in late May / early June to remove a tree that had been struck by lightning. Adrian told me that it would be $750 whether he removed one or all three. I told him I would make a decision and be in contact.

I e-mailed 6 weeks later to inquire if it were possible to get on their schedule. I also asked if they could remind me of the cost for grinding tree stumps.

Without speaking to me or responding to my e-mail, Adrians Tree Service scheduled a job for July 17. I know this because I received an e-mail appointment confirmation 3 days before. I immediately responded to the appointment confirmation instructing them to CANCEL the appointment.

It seems instead, the job was rescheduled without speaking with me? This time, no one sent an email appointment confirmation. And, while I was away on vacation, Adrian's crew jumped the locked gates on the property! When I returned to the house nearly a week later, I saw that all three (3) trees had been removed.

When I called to discuss the matter, someone named Sheila claimed that I verbally authorized removal of the trees. That is not true. I did NOT speak with Sheila or anyone else at the company, after that first estimate. My only communication with Adrian's Tree Service (after the original estimate) was via e-mail; No one ever CALLED to discuss anything:

- they did not address my question regarding the cost of grinding
- they did not confirm if I wanted 1 or 3 trees removed and;
- they never spoke with me to schedule a date or time

I did not authorize this job and I did not grant permission for them to jump a locked gate and trespass on the property to cut trees down.

Now, Adrian's Tree Service is saying they are going to put a lien on the house if I don't pay.

Hired Adrian's Tree Service to removed a tree. They did a great job and the price was very reasonable . I would definitely use them again. My only regret was not finding them sooner.

Fantastic job cutting down some really tall trees. The team took the time to do it right and cleaned up every leaf, branch, and twig that fell into the yard.

I needed an honest company that knows what they are doing because I have little knowledge about tree trimming & tree removal.
They came and assessed my trees and made recommendations.
I then got a written quote for scope of work. It was a great price.
I went with Adrian's after weighing other tree services in the Detroit area and they were the most reasonable and had the best ratings.
They came on time and called ahead to make sure I was ready for them and they did an amazing job.
They did over and above what I asked them and they cleaned up wonderfully. They also ground the stumps professionally.

Received project quote same day as called for estimate and once agreed, they removed tree next day and ground down stump. Adrians had the best price and service of any of the 5 tree cutting companies I contacted for quotes.

On time, quick, and cleaned up! Would highly recommend this company. We have a difficult yard to maneuver, however they efficient and got the job done.

I had an oak tree drop a large branch and needed to get it removed from our yard. They came out the same day I asked for an estimate and also recommended trimming of a few more dead branches, which they provided a very reasonable quote for.
