Alfred Simmons-RE/MAX True Advantage

Stay away from doing ANY transaction with Al Simmons. My first hand experience has resulted in lies, unethical behavior, inability to follow security deposit laws of Georgia, unresponsiveness, ignorance, and a general lack of concern for anyone other than himself. I should have done much more research before leasing a home with his name as agent. He failed to return a large portion of my security deposit based on lies and failure to follow ethical move out procedures that not only violated the law but also was ignorant enough to actually believe he was right even after being clear evidence he was wrong. If you don't this statement, just research and you will see I am not the only one with concerns.
