All American Gutter Protection

I had a great experience with All American Gutter Protection! I deal with a lot of people and companies when renovating houses, and when a company does a great job, it really stands out. I wish I could have this good of an experience with ALL of the trades I work with.

I have had All American's product installed on 3 houses so far in the emerging Circle East district of East Cleveland, Ohio. Not only is this product going to save me time and maintenance costs on my rental properties, but it will help me to completely avoid disturbing my tenants for routine gutter cleaning. Their pricing AND product material were better than the heavily advertised competitor. I absolutely will put their product on any future properties. I will look forward to contacting them again to say, "Got another job for you guys!"

I had a great experience with the team of Kyle, my sales person, Sean and his team, who did the installations, and Ashley in the office. All were courteous, professional and really know what they are doing!

Contacted All American Gutter Protection through the Thumbtack app. Within a week I was contacted by them and the job is already done! (no other vendors responded, by the way)
The VP of Sales, Spencer met with me to explain the benefits of their product and the disadvantage of the competitors. It was impressive and a combination of live demonstration and video. It was one of the best sales calls I've ever had!
Joe and his installation partner showed up the next day (today) and were professional, on time, and finished the job within 2 1/2 hours. They cleaned our gutters and downspouts, installed the product, and did all repairs necessary. Fantastic. I'm looking forward to the next rainy day!

I did not have a good experience with this company. The salesman came out and gave us our estimate, even commenting on how cool it is that we have a tile roof. They came out a few weeks later to install the gutter guards, but could only do the first floor since they didn't have the equipment to get up on the tile roof. It took one and a half years for the company to tell me that it would cost an extra $10,000 to rent the equipment to manage my tile roof! So I have one level of gutter guards and just paid someone else to come and clean my gutters. I am disappointed that the salesman was only interested in making the sale, and not taking note of my property, to let me know that the company could not accommodate my specific house's needs.

Not happy with company. Pine needles lay on gutter guard mesh blocking water going into gutters. Heavy winds do not blow needles off. Company says guards are working because nothing getting in gutter. Company refusing to remove guards and refund monies. Our old metal guards with perforated holes worked much better
