HIGHLY recommend...just had the inspection last weekend in Queen Anne and they went above and beyond. I was beyond happy to see how detailed the inspection came back. Worth every penny. Horrible customer service. Inspector missed so many things i.e. leaking propane line, uncapped septic line the list goes on..... company was of no help when contacted about these issues.

We used Allegiance to do an inspection of a home before we went through with the purchase. Travis showed up early and was extremely thorough! He was knowledgeable, communicative, and explained everything. His report included even more detail, and was ready within an hour of leaving the property! I've given a low review because my deepest concern regarding working with anyone is equity & accountability.

After the inspection, I discovered my washer hot water valve was inoperable due to a leak. Valves should be one of the highest priorities considering they're capable of doing the most damage if they're faulty (think Noah's ark).

However, once I told Kyle (of Allegiance) my concern, he simply said that Allegiance doesn't check valves. So now I'm wondering, am I just some crazy customer asking too much? Or is this a clear dodge of accountability?

I highly recommend using Allegiance home inspection. I needed a home inspection last minute for a client and the customer service that I received was Top Notch! I needed a full home inspection and a sewer scope in less than 48 hours and Allegiance came through to save the day. Richard and Kyle showed up early and where true professionals. The inspection was thorough and Richard took the time to answer all the questions and concern my client had with calm and patience. Report was delivered via email within the hour and Richard even took the time to call my client to make sure they were satisfied. Everyone from the person who assisted me over the phone to Richard and Kyle to the friendly person who executed the sewer scope, I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience.

This is our second time purchasing a home. And I barely remember the 1st inspection. Kyle was very thorough in his inspection. Explaining everything he was looking at, giving his recommendations. Very professional and definitely experienced. A bonus on my side, he enjoys his job. Will use him again if this house doesn't go through and I do recommend him.
