Allen's Flower Market - Los Angeles

Allen's Flower Market is definitely my new favorite florist!! I find that ordering flowers on-line in today's world is sometimes like ordering an event/concert ticket on line.....you are surprised and shocked at all the added costs at checkout, and to add insult to injury, the flowers only last a day or two. Also, many list physical locations while actually shipping the flowers from accross the country.

Ordering from Allen's was a great experience from start to finish. The associate was very helpful in creating the arrangement for my friend's birthday. I was told about one particular flower that was unavailable in the item I choose and was given many options for a replacement, I was told the exact cost of the arrangement and the exact delivery fee. There were NO unexpected costs when all was said and done. It was delivered at the time they promised and the pictures my happy friend sent were absolutely gorgeous.

Excellent service from start to finish, and the quality of the flowers was exceptional. Such a kind person on the phone, great suggestions, perfect timing of the delivery, and even a photo of the delivery in an email. SO good! Love everything about this florist!

I ordered "Esperanza" bridal bouquet and even upgraded to Deluxe which costed me $150+ including taxes. I was surprised that there were no mesh and purple gem stones as shown in their website. What's also surprising is that the stems are too long as shown in the picture attached. We cut the stems ourselves minutes before the ceremony as it looked way too awkward. Seems like just a bunch of roses wrapped together with white garment and was sold as "bridal boquet" for a higher price.

Also, i didn't like that the flowers were squeezed together and that there were too many leaves!! The guy told my husband to keep it cold so the petals won't open. I think it would have looked better if the roses were in full bloom. So i am assuming the roses weren't fresh that's why he's asking us to keep it cold.

Highly recommend stopping by in person-- Olin is an artist, and he takes the time to ask you questions about what the arrangement is for, what sentiment it might bring, etc., and caters exactly to your needs, all while fitting within your budget. He provides honest recommendations for flowers and makes the most beautiful arrangement possible for you!

This was the beautiful graduation bouquet he provided me, very fitting for the person, can't wait to see what the lily's look like when they bloom.

I love this flower shop, primarily because Olan and Brianne are so knowledgeable.

I usually tell olan my budget and overall vibe and he executes it perfectly every time. truly amazed by their service.

I've driven by here for so many years and regret not coming in sooner. I walked in for a last minute bday arrangement for my mom. When I say the service olan provided is amazing I mean it. He took his time to ask me questions and based on my responses he created the most beautiful arrangement for my mom. The flower selection is great. The flowers were fresh which I really appreciated. Olan listened to the colors I wanted and created this beautiful arrangement. My mom's favorite color is purple and he made sure to incorporate that and shared that the soft purple means eternal love.

I had a delightful experience today ordering flowers online for one of my good friends who was having a special birthday today. The delivery charge was almost as much as the flowers, which is to be expected for a last minute order and I'm so happy they were able to accommodate! She said they were delivered perfectly and she loves them!!

I received a flower arrangement today, it was absolutely high end. It came from Allen's Flower Market ( 4313 Fountain, LA) location, wow ! I was amazed on how beautiful it is.

This gift delivery made my day, I highly recommend this business, beautiful work and they also called me when I didn't answer my door for delivery options.

Just saw the level of courtesy and respect that Allen's employees give to other Angelenos - their gruff, mustached delivery driver muscled into an intersection where I legally had the right of way. He even shouted at me, "You fcking idiot!".
Learning the California Drivers Handbook would be a boon for this fellow. And maybe, just maybe a lesson in manners.

Person that answered was really nice and patient...
The delivery was fast and smooth and my mother really enjoyed her flowers.. they were beautiful!!
